We are looking for a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer with experience in electronic design, power electronics, and FPGA technologies to join a highly specialized engineering environment in Alcalá de Henares. You will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the development cycle, from design and architecture definition to the integration, validation, and commissioning of electronic systems. Responsibilities Analog and digital electronic design. Development of power electronics solutions. Design and supervision of multilayer PCBs. Preparation of technical and design documentation. Integration, testing, and validation of electronic systems. Technical support for manufacturing, testing, and commissioning. Leadership of functional tests and qualification trials. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout the complete product development cycle. Requirements Essential Experience in electronic hardware design. Degree or Engineering in Electronics or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronic hardware design. Experience in analog and digital electronic design. Experience in power electronics. Knowledge and experience in AC/DC and DC/DC converters. Experience in development with Xilinx FPGA. Ability to work with technical documentation in English. Medium-high level of English for interaction with clients and suppliers. Desirable Embedded systems design and microcontroller programming. Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI). Experience with communication protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and CAN Bus. Experience in defense, aerospace, railway, or high-demand industrial sectors. Knowledge of military standards and qualification processes. Knowledge of Vivado, VHDL, or Verilog. We are looking for a person who brings Ability to design hardware from the conceptual phase to final validation. Experience in power electronics and complex electronic systems. Orientation towards technical problem-solving. Technical leadership and teamwork skills. Interest in participating in innovative and technologically demanding projects. We offer Permanent contract.
