Warehouse Operator M/F/X Warehouse and Factory Operator 📍 Torija (Guadalajara) Would you like to be part of a solid company and a benchmark in the flour sector? Your work will be key to ensuring that products reach our customers in a timely and proper manner, contributing directly to the quality of service and the success of the daily operation. What will your mission be? To participate in the different warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficient management of goods, stock control, and the correct functioning of logistical and industrial processes. Your main functions will be: ✅ Loading and unloading of goods. ✅ Reception, placement, and handling of products in the warehouse. ✅ Order preparation and dispatch. ✅ Management and control of inventories and stock. ✅ Verification of incoming and outgoing goods. ✅ Forklift operation for the safe and efficient transport of materials. ✅ Packaging and palletizing of finished products. ✅ Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety at the workstation. ✅ Collaboration with different departments to guarantee the continuity of production and logistics. What are we looking for? Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments. Demonstrable experience with a front forklift. Valid forklift license or diploma for the 5 machines. A responsible, committed person with the ability to work in a team. Proactivity, organization, and orientation toward continuous improvement. Schedule 🕒 Rotating morning and afternoon shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 14:00 to 22:00 From Monday to Saturday. Not all Saturdays are worked. Usually, between 1 and 2 Saturdays per month are worked and, when it is necessary to work a Saturday, you enjoy rest on Sunday and the following Monday. Hiring 📄 Renewable temporary contracts.
