📢 We are looking for you! We are hiring for the position of Warehouse Process Audit and Improvement Technician (M/F/X) in Silleda.

We are hiring a Warehouse Process Audit and Improvement Technician in Silleda, for the optimization of logistics operations, the implementation of a warehouse management system (WMS), and process improvement.

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented person, with initiative and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support the team in the implementation of new working methods.

What you'll do

✔️ Process audit and analysis: review of receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, and inventory control processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

✔️ Implementation of the warehouse management system (WMS): participation in the rollout of the system, analysis of operational needs, testing, validation, and adjustments.

✔️ Optimization of logistics processes: reorganization of workflows, distribution of zones, locations, and goods circuits to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary movements.

✔️ Continuous improvement: preparation and updating of operating procedures, improvement proposals, and participation in warehouse transformation projects.

✔️ Indicator control and monitoring: analysis of KPIs related to productivity, picking times, errors, inventory accuracy, goods rotation, and service level.

✔️ Report preparation: preparation of diagnostic reports, dashboards, and action plans to improve operational efficiency.

✔️ Training and support: collaboration with warehouse teams to facilitate adaptation to new processes, tools, and working methods.
