The role

Would you like to be part of a leading company in the automotive sector?

At Manpower, we are selecting Production Operators (M/F/X) to join a major manufacturer of metal components for vehicles.
No previous experience is necessary. We are looking for committed people, eager to learn and develop in a dynamic industrial environment.
What will you do in your day-to-day?
You will participate in the manufacturing process of structural metal components for vehicles, such as door reinforcements, roofs, bumpers, and other bodywork elements.
You will work in different production areas: welding, hot and cold presses, and laser cutting.
Your main functions will be:

What you'll do

Loading and placing materials into machinery.
Supervising the production process.
Visual verification of the quality of the manufactured parts.
Continuous feeding of the production lines.
Compliance with quality and safety standards.

What are we looking for?

Availability to work rotating shifts.
Good physical condition to perform material handling tasks.

No previous experience is required, as you will receive training before joining.
