Requirements

What we're looking for

Basic knowledge of industrial quality and reading technical specifications.
Ability to record data accurately and maintain traceability.
Attention to detail and focus on compliance with procedures.
Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly regarding incidents.
Technical knowledge of the use of common plant measuring instruments (calipers, rulers, measuring equipment, etc.), with the judgment to detect deviations.
Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement, maintaining a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or production environments (valued).
Training in OSH and/or demonstrable experience following safety standards in an industrial environment (valued).
Training or certification related to quality is valued (for example, quality control courses, internal auditing, or management systems).

What you'll do

Perform physicochemical analysis on products.
Supervision of process stages.
Duly complete the documentary records for your position.
Management of incidents in the plant.

How you'll work

Availability to work in shifts and adapt to the needs of the process (includes shift premium).
