Quality Operator in Calatayud

At Temps Multiwork, we are pleased to announce the search for a Quality Operator to join our team at a major company located in Calatayud. If you possess experience in the industrial sector and a critical eye to ensure the highest quality standards, this opportunity could be ideal for your professional development.

The Quality Operator will be responsible for supervising and executing the tasks necessary to guarantee that products and processes comply with established quality specifications. Their main functions will include, among others:

• Visual and dimensional inspection of parts and components.
• Verification of compliance with production parameters.
• Recording of data and detected non-conformities.
• Collaboration with production teams to resolve incidents.
• Application of quality control procedures.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Handling of basic measurement tools.
• Ensuring product traceability.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Support in the preparation of quality reports.

For this position, we value previous experience and proactivity. The minimum requirements are:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions within the industrial sector, preferably in mechanical environments.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Interpretation of basic blueprints.
• Basic handling of IT tools (Excel, Word) 
• Capacity to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Residence in Calatayud or surrounding areas.

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Production, or similar. 
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Dimensional control of parts.
• Plastic transformation processes.
