Senior Event & Experiential Producer (H/M/X)

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in production within event agencies, experiential marketing, or special actions in public spaces.

Network of contacts: A solid and demonstrable portfolio of industry suppliers (carpentry, scenography, AV, temporary structures, venues, staffing agencies).

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical sheets, electrical needs, and scenic requirements.

Availability: Schedule flexibility and occasional geographic mobility according to needs

Senior Event & Experiential Producer (H/M/X) We are looking for an Event & Experiential Producer with the ability to transform creative ideas into impeccable productions. Together with the rest of the team in this area, you will be the agency's operational engine, leading the integral execution of brand activations, pop-ups, corporate events, and innovative formats in public spaces or large-capacity venues.

• Integral production: Leading the complete project life cycle (pre-production, assembly, live execution, and dismantling).
• Budget management: Quoting, negotiating with suppliers, rigorous cost control, and the economic closing of each activation.
• Technical and logistical coordination: Supervision of audiovisuals, technical production, graphics, carpentry, field staff (hostesses, assembly crew, animators), and transport/warehouse logistics.
• Permits and regulations: Management of urban licenses, public highway occupation regulations, self-protection plans, and occupational risk prevention (PRL).
• Interdepartmental relationship: Working hand in hand with the accounts, creativity, and design teams to guarantee technical feasibility without losing the essence of the creative concept.
