Senior Fashion and Content Producer

• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in production roles, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, agencies, media, or creative environments.
• Sensitivity, knowledge, and interest in the fashion industry and its trends.
• Experience coordinating photo shoots, video shoots, and brand content productions.
• Ability to negotiate with agencies, representatives, vendors, and creative talent.
• Highly organized, resourceful, autonomous, and detail-oriented profile.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders and fostering collaboration across teams in dynamic, demanding environments.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines (a plus).
• High level of English (C1).
• Proficiency with Mac environments and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of and interest in new technologies and trends in artificial intelligence.

We are looking to temporarily bring on a Senior Fashion and Content Producer to lead the end-to-end production of photo and video campaigns for our women's, men's, and children's fashion brands.

We are looking for someone capable of combining creative vision, operational excellence, and a passion for fashion to lead productions that bring our campaigns and brand content to life.

Main duties and requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating creative teams, agencies, models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and vendors, ensuring excellence in the execution of each production. They will also participate in budget negotiations, talent hiring, logistics management, administrative follow-up, and post-production oversight.

• Manage end-to-end photo and video production projects, from pre-production through to final delivery of materials.
• Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots for fashion campaigns, working closely with creative teams, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Hire and coordinate specialized talent, including models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, set designers, and technical crews.
• Negotiate commercial terms, usage rights, and agreements with agencies, representatives, professionals, and vendors.
• Manage locations, permits, travel, and all logistical needs for each production.
• Oversee the development of productions, anticipating needs and resolving issues to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare, control, and optimize budgets, ensuring financial targets are met for each project.
• Validate invoices, manage contracts, and handle the administrative follow-up associated with productions.
• Oversee editing, photo retouching, and post-production processes, ensuring the final quality of all materials.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and new creative references related to fashion and visual communication.
