About the role

Position Area

We are looking for a Producer specialized in events to plan and execute in-person, hybrid, and online events, brand activations, presentations, corporate experiences, special actions, and projects with a technical/audiovisual component. The selected person will coordinate spaces, suppliers, staging, technical aspects, permits, logistics, setup, onsite operations, teardown, and financial/administrative closing.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyze briefs, creative concepts, spatial proposals, and scope of services to turn them into a viable operational plan.
  • Plan event production: schedule, suppliers, venue, permits, technical aspects, staging, staff, logistics, setup, operations, teardown, and closing.
  • Coordinate venues, access points, loading and unloading, accreditations, dressing rooms, storage, security, supplies, and space restrictions.
  • Search for, compare, negotiate, and coordinate suppliers for sound, lighting, video, screens, streaming, staging, furniture, catering, security, cleaning, auxiliary staff, graphic production, and complementary services.
  • Supervise setup, technical rehearsals, event operations, incident management, and teardown.
  • Coordinate with accounts, creative, design, staging, technical, client, administrative teams, and suppliers to keep scope, budget, timelines, and the final experience aligned.
  • Control event budget, line items, extras, approvals, scope changes, contingencies, and financial closing.
  • Manage production documentation: permits, insurance, certificates, plans, lists, schedules, production orders, and supplier documentation.
  • Ensure the experiential proposal is executed with quality, operational safety, and consistency with the brief.
  • Prepare operational and documentary closing: actual costs, incidents, suppliers, deliverables, materials, and lessons learned.
