The role

Do you have training in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance and are you passionate about the production environment? At CRIT Martorell, we are looking to hire 3 Industrial Maintenance Technicians to be part of a stable project within a leading industrial company located in Martorell.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the facilities and production equipment, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure production continuity and maximum facility efficiency.

Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work on industrial facilities.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical faults.
Perform the operation and supervision of the facilities during the production process.
Intervene on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Replace and adjust motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, photocells, detectors, and limit switches.
Interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
Record interventions and close work orders using SAP or CMMS systems.
Collaborate in continuous improvement actions to increase facility reliability and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to guarantee continuity of service.

How you'll work

Schedule: full-time in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
