Maintenance Technician Ribaforada (M/F/X) Are you passionate about industrial maintenance and looking for a stable project in a growing company? We are selecting an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a factory located in Ribaforada (Navarra). What will your mission be? As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the facilities and production equipment, contributing to the continuous improvement of factory processes. Main functions: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities. Participate in the development and improvement of maintenance programs. Repair industrial machinery, electrical panels, motors, pumps, and other equipment. Record the operations performed and fault reports. Train operators in the correct use and adjustment of equipment to optimize performance and extend its useful life. Propose improvements and implement corrective actions oriented towards the efficiency and safety of the facilities. Collaborate in the dissemination of work procedures and methodologies within the maintenance area. Requirements: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance positions. Knowledge and interpretation of electrical panels. Basic training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). A committed person, with initiative, capacity for teamwork, and a desire to develop professionally. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Salary between €28,000 and €32,000 gross per year, depending on experience and value added. Full-time 40-hour week, working in shifts. A stable project within a consolidated industrial company.
