Operations Manager (H/M/X) Operations Manager - Logistics & Warehouse Operations Are you passionate about high-performance logistics operations and continuous improvement? We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience in large-scale logistics environments to lead an end-to-end operation, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous process optimization. Main Responsibilities Lead inbound, outbound, ICQA, and planning operations comprehensively. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational objectives. Manage and develop operational teams, including Shift Supervisors and Team Leaders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Management, and process optimization. Implement operational, system, and performance changes. Perform strategic workforce, shift, and operational capacity planning. Act as the primary operational interlocutor with the client. Guarantee high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. Requirements University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions within large-scale logistics or warehouse operations. Experience leading operational teams in demanding, high-performance environments. Analytical capacity and results orientation. Leadership, decision-making, and management skills under pressure. Minimum B2 English (C1 valued). Valued Technical Knowledge Experience working with tools and systems such as: WMS, SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel (macros and formulas). Knowledge of end-to-end operations and warehouse processes.
