Recruitment Technician (M/F/X) Are you passionate about the world of Human Resources and personnel selection? We are looking to hire a Recruitment Technician to join a dynamic team in a Call Center environment, managing recruitment processes from start to finish. Main functions: Posting and managing job offers on different portals. CV screening and candidate pre-selection. Conducting telephone interviews and video calls. Monitoring and coordinating selection processes. Continuous contact with candidates to inform them about the status of their applications. Updating databases and recruitment management tools. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personnel selection or recruitment. Previous experience in selecting profiles for customer service or Call Center environments is valued. Good communication and organizational skills. Regular use of IT tools and job portals. Result orientation and interpersonal skills. We offer: Stable contract. Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 h. Gross annual salary: €21,000. Initial training and support. Good working environment and possibility of professional development.
