The role
Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs, ensuring the fit between the person, the position, and the company culture.
What you'll do

• Maintenance and updating of the Database.
• Ensure a good candidate experience and the legal compliance of the selection processes.
Main technical knowledge
• Management of selection processes: Recruitment, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• HR tools and analysis: ATS, job portals, and KPI tracking.
