Systems and Network Technician

• Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the systems area.
• Knowledge in management and configuration of corporate networks (switches, routers, and firewalls).
• Analytical capacity, orientation toward continuous improvement, and proposing solutions.
• Proactive profile, with strategic vision and the ability to anticipate.

• Experience in medium or large-sized corporate environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, and monitoring tools.
• Microsoft, Cisco, or similar certifications.

We are looking for a Systems Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid (Tres Cantos).

• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems, ensuring their correct operation and optimization.
• Manage and configure corporate networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to guarantee secure and efficient connectivity.
• Implement and supervise the systems security strategy, including antivirus management, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to hardware, software, and networks, providing technical support to users.
• Plan and execute updates and patches for operating systems and applications.
• Monitor the performance of systems and networks, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the company's IT strategy.
• Document procedures, configurations, and implemented solutions.
• Participate in projects for the improvement and evolution of the technological infrastructure.
