At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a recognized, diversified business group with activities in real estate, construction, hospitality, and restaurants, in the search for a Senior Lawyer specializing in Labor Law with experience in general legal advisory.

Your mission will be to lead legal defense in labor matters, as well as to provide cross-functional legal support to the company in civil and, occasionally, criminal law areas, ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and growing environment.

• Managing dismissals, sanctions, and salary claims, ensuring legal rigor in labor proceedings.
• Representing the company in labor proceedings (conciliation hearings, trials, inspections, etc.).
• Providing advice on Social Security matters and managing requirements from public bodies.
• Participating in collective bargaining processes and collaborating with the Group's Legal Department.
• Proposing contractual solutions in the labor field and managing the hiring of personnel (including foreign workers).

Additionally, you will have an active role in the general legal advisory of the company:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating civil and commercial contracts (leases, agreements with suppliers, etc.).
• Managing and following up on legal issues of a civil nature.
• Supporting the management of situations with potential criminal relevance (e.g., internal fraud, conflicts with employees or third parties).
• Providing cross-departmental advice to different business areas, offering a comprehensive legal perspective.
• Participating in the digitalization of the legal department and process improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and active bar membership.
• A Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security is valued.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience combining labor law with experience in civil/commercial law.
• Exposure to criminal law matters is valued.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment with varied casework.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with a practical approach.
• High level of English (essential)
• Italian is valued.
