Objective
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, ensuring the
legal security of operations and actively contributing to business decision-making
reports to the Legal Department to facilitate safe decision-making
aligned with the corporate strategy.
Functions

• Legal support to the various business units, responding to day-to-day
  operational queries with a practical approach aligned with cooperative
  values.
• Negotiation, preparation, drafting, and review of all types of contracts and
  commercial agreements, especially those linked to audiovisual production,
  content exploitation, and copyright.
• Monitoring and analysis of the regulations applicable to the audiovisual and
  intellectual property sectors, including licenses, rights exploitation, and digital
  environments.

• Transversal support to the different business areas at a technical-legal level in
  corporate operations, corporate secretarial duties, and commercial management, under
  the supervision of the Department Manager.
• Coordination of operations with external lawyers.

Requirements and professional skills

• University degree in Law, preferably complemented by studies in a

Master's for Access to the Legal Profession and/or specialization in Business Law.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar setting with demonstrable experience in the audiovisual
  sector (essential).
• Knowledge and experience in cooperatives will be valued.
• Advanced user of Microsoft and Google office tools.
• Languages: advanced level in Catalan and Spanish. High level of English (valuable).
• Personal skills:
• High negotiation capacity
• High capacity for analysis and legal judgment, with a practical approach.
• Clear and rigorous communication, both oral and written.
• Highly business-oriented and results-oriented.
• Good organization, responsibility, and capacity to learn.
