Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree or Graduate in Law.
- A Master's in Commercial Law is valued.
- A good level of English is valued.
- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm and from 3pm/4pm to 6.30pm/7.30pm
The role
At MC Headhunting, we are collaborating with a leading law firm in Barcelona, which currently has the need to incorporate a Commercial Lawyer profile with between two and four years of experience for its team.
What you'll do
- Corporate operations (Incorporations, capital increases and reductions, company dissolutions and liquidations, drafting and amendment of bylaws, powers of attorney, drafting of notices and minutes of general meetings)
- Support in the secretarial functions of the Board of Directors of companies.
- Real estate purchase and sale.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial and civil contracts.
- Inheritance law: wills, inheritances, succession agreements…
- Sale and purchase of companies.
- Shareholders' agreements.
- Corporate restructurings (mergers, spin-offs, …)
- Due Diligence
- General legal advice to companies and individuals.
