At Paul Marlex, we are looking for a JUNIOR LAWYER to join the Girona FC legal department on a permanent basis and provide support in the legal advisory of the entity's different areas, especially the sporting area.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Department Management, the selected person will be responsible for:

Preparation and updating of contractual models, forms, and standard documentation used by the Club
Support in the management of requirements, inspections, requests for information, and actions promoted by public bodies or sporting entities. Legal advisory on matters related to the Club's sporting activity
Assistance and representation of the Club before administrative, federative, labor, arbitration, and any other competent body or entity
Preparation and monitoring of procedures, files, appeals, and legal or administrative actions linked to the sporting field and the different departments of the Club
Monitoring of regulatory, statutory, and disciplinary news with an impact on the Club's activity.
Management, archiving, and control of legal and sporting documentation, ensuring its correct preservation and traceability.
Collaboration in the implementation and monitoring of internal policies, protocols, and regulatory compliance procedures.
