FOREMAN - TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION)

From Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important Engineering and Architecture firm located in the Girona area, specialists in Project Management, which is in the midst of a growth process and is made up of a young, dynamic, and qualified technical team. They need to hire, to respond to the increase in their activity, a FOREMAN - TECHNICAL ARCHITECT with experience in both industrial and residential construction projects.

As part of the Construction Projects Department, and working in a coordinated manner with the rest of the team, the main tasks of the selected person will focus on:

• Planning, coordinating, and controlling assigned construction projects to ensure they are built on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Acting as a liaison between the company, the construction management, contractors, and clients to ensure construction work progresses correctly.
• Reviewing the projects they will be responsible for, which include both industrial and residential projects, analyzing plans and documentation provided by clients, and evaluating the design from both a technical and regulatory standpoint, as well as reviewing urban planning regulations.
• Adapting projects to local regulations, when required, and proposing design adjustments if necessary.
• Contacting, hiring, and coordinating all services and professionals involved in the execution of the projects.
• Developing all the technical documentation for the projects (architectural plans, descriptive reports, technical specifications, executive project).
• Preparing and submitting the necessary documentation to obtain construction permits and/or licenses, and municipal approvals.

• You have training as a Technical Architect, Architect, or hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
• You can bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, developing projects (civil and/or residential), with experience acting as a Site Manager.
• You have mastered AutoCAD.
• You have knowledge and experience in conducting feasibility studies.
• You are an organized and methodical person, creative, with coordination and management skills, who enjoys working in a team and has strong analytical abilities.

CAP D'OBRA - ARQUITECTE/A TÈCNIC (OBRA INDUSTRIAL I RESIDENCIAL)

Des de Paul Marlex estem col·laborant amb un important despatx d'Enginyeria i Arquitectura ubicat a la zona de Girona, especialistes en Project Management, que es troba en ple procés de creixement i que està format per un equip tècnic jove, dinàmic i qualificat, i que precisa incorporar, per tal de donar resposta a l'augment de la seva activitat, un/a CAP D'OBRA - ARQUITECTE/A TÈCNIC/A que tingui experiència tant en projectes d'obra industrial com d'obra residencial.

Formant part del Departament de Projectes de Construcció, i treballant de manera coordinada amb la resta de l'equip, les tasques principals de la persona seleccionada es centraran en:

• Planificar, coordinar i controlar les obres assignades perquè es construeixin en termini, dins el pressupost i amb la qualitat exigida.
• Actuar d'enllaç entre l'empresa, la direcció facultativa, els industrials i els clients per tal de que les execucions de les obres avancen correctament.
• Revisar els projectes dels que es farà càrrec, essent projectes tant d'obra industrial com residencial, analitzant plànols i documentació entregats pels clients, avaluant el disseny tècnicament i normativament, i revisant les normes urbanístiques.
• Adaptar els projectes a la normativa local, si es requereix, i proposar ajustaments de disseny si cal.
• Contactar, contractar i coordinar tots els serveis i professionals que han d'intervenir en l'execució dels projectes.
• Desenvolupar tota la documentació tècnica dels projectes (plànols d'arquitectura, memòries descriptives, especificacions tècniques, projecte executiu.
• Preparar i presentar la documentació necessària per obtenir permisos de construcció i/o habilitació, i aprovacions municipals.

• Comptes amb formació a nivell d'Arquitectura Tècnica, Arquitectura Superior, o Enginyeria Superior.
• Pots aportar una experiència mínima entre 2-3 anys ocupant una posició similar, desenvolupant projectes (obra civil i/o residencia), amb experiència actuant de Cap d'Obra.
• Domines AutoCad.
• Tens coneixements i experiència realitzant estudis de viabilitat.
• Ets una persona organitzada i metòdica, creativa, amb habilitats de coordinació i gestió, que t'agrada treballar en equip i que comptes amb una bona capacitat analítica.
