At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the construction and engineering sector in the search for a Project Manager to lead the activity and results of their delegation.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to General Management, the selected person will be responsible for:

Reporting the results of their area to General Management, ensuring the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
Control and monitoring of set objectives, both economic and operational.
Comprehensive management of sales and results in their area.
Preparation and supervision of technical and economic project offers.
Global planning, control, and supervision of ongoing projects.
Analysis of work, costs, deviations, and productivity indices.
Planning of needs and efficient allocation of resources.
Planning, organization, and leadership of the work teams under their charge.
Supervision of execution on-site in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Control of compliance with the established planning.
Management of direct and indirect personnel.
Planning and coordination of subcontracted companies participating in the execution of the work.
Management of orders for material resources necessary for the execution of the works, as well as final analysis of results and review of compliance with the initial parameters of the offer.
Approval of internal requests within their delegation.
Supervision and control of administrative management.
Communicating and resolving issues.
Continuous optimization of resources and improvement of productivity.
Integrate, promote, coordinate, and control preventive action within their area.
If necessary, perform the correct segregation and management of waste, maintaining order, cleanliness, and respect for the environment.
