Electrical Distribution Network Project Director

We are looking for an MV/LV Electrical Distribution Networks Project Manager. Mission: Comprehensive responsibility for MV/LV contracts with distributors regarding safety, operation, quality of service, planning, certification, materials, and subcontracting. Liaison with the client and the Project's profit and loss account. Responsibilities: Plan the startup and consolidation of resources. Ensure that operational bases, standby teams, and special means are functioning. Prioritize scheduled works and incidents. Review deviations before execution, approve certifications, and fine documentation. Control penalties and bonuses. Lead the follow-up with the client.

Education: Electrical or industrial engineering, or an equivalent technical profile with a very solid track record in distribution. Minimum of ten years of experience managing MV/LV maintenance and works contracts with direct responsibility over production, subcontractors, certification, and accounts. Provide experience with contracts where scheduled works, breakdowns, on-call shifts, and client material control coexisted. Sound knowledge of MV/LV operation, electrical safety, OSH, environment, certification, as-built drawings, material and waste management, planning, and economic control. Desired requirements Provide experience in managing MV/LV overhead and underground network projects, transformation centers, switching operations, service restoration, closing documentation, certification by positions or scales, distributor material control, and authorized subcontracting management. Knowledge of the management systems of the main distributors (Iberdrola, Endesa, Naturgy, EDP) will be valued.
