What we're looking for

Experience in civil works, channeling, hydraulic networks, or related tasks.
Ability to organize tasks and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and occupational risk prevention.
A practical, responsible, and resourceful person, with commitment and a desire for continuity.
Driving license and own vehicle to get to the company.
Availability to travel to construction sites within the province.

Nice to have

Experience as a civil works foreman, crew leader, or team leader.
Knowledge of earthmoving, trenching, pipe installation, and pavement restoration.
Technical training related to construction or civil works.

We will also value professionals with practical on-site experience and the potential to evolve into foreman roles, with support and training provided.

On behalf of Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established company located in Fraga, specializing in irrigation projects and installations, hydraulic networks, and water conduction, which needs to hire a Civil Works Foreman.

The company offers a stable and continuous project, with an experienced team featuring professionals with up to 30 years of experience. We are looking for a person eager to get involved, take on responsibilities, and grow within the organization.

What you'll do

Organize and supervise the daily execution of civil works, coordinating internal staff and subcontracted companies to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety.

Plan daily works and distribute tasks to a team of approximately 4-5 construction laborers.
Coordinate and supervise the activity of subcontracted companies.
Supervise civil works associated with irrigation installations, channeling, and hydraulic networks.
Interpret blueprints and technical instructions and convey them to the team.
Forecast the needs for materials, tools, and machinery, in coordination with the technical department and the warehouse.
Control the progress of works, performance, and the use of resources.
Detect and resolve execution incidents, keeping project managers informed.
Ensure order and compliance with quality and occupational risk prevention measures.
