What we're looking for

Important: This is a position with a high mobility component, so it is essential to have availability to travel and remain on-site during the assigned projects.

2-3 years of experience as a Site Foreman.
Experience in industrial construction.
Experience in team and subcontractor coordination.
Organizational and leadership skills, as well as problem-solving ability.
Availability to travel nationally and, occasionally, to projects in Europe.
Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas.
Dynamic profile, with initiative and a results-oriented mindset.

The role

From Grupo Crit, a consultancy specialized in talent selection and management, we are looking to hire a Site Foreman for a consolidated and growing company, with national projects and the possibility of occasionally participating in international projects.

We are looking for a young, dynamic profile with experience in civil engineering, accustomed to coordinating teams and assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a construction site.

What you'll do

Organization and planning of the construction site.
Supervision of the works.
Coordination and management of teams.
Resolution of technical and operational incidents.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention, and supervising the correct use of PPE.
Control of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for the execution of the works.
Coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during the development of the project.
