The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the most prestigious private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nurses for the Hospitalization area to strengthen their care team during the summer season in Mallorca.

What profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Hospitalization areas and/or hospital care.

• Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and follow-up of clinical progress.

• Knowledge in caring for patients with acute and chronic conditions, nursing care planning, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in ICU, Emergency, Recovery, or special care units will be valued.

• Individuals with a caregiving vocation, strong teamwork skills, organizational ability, adaptability, and a patient-oriented approach.
