Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum 6 months of work experience in the Operating Room.
Experience in the adaptation and management of the surgical area, collaboration with the medical team, and comprehensive patient care during the various stages of the perioperative process.
Knowledge and practice in scrub nurse and/or circulating nurse tasks.
Proficiency in surgical materials, supervision of aseptic measures, and application of safety and healthcare quality procedures.
We are looking for professionals with healthcare commitment, flexibility, organizational capacity, technical skill, a collaborative spirit, and an orientation towards excellence in care.

Nice to have

Experience in Resuscitation, ICU, or other services related to the surgical environment will be especially considered.
