The role
At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established company in the construction sector that is looking to hire a Civil Works Foreman for the first phase of civil works and earthmoving for a Data Center in Zaragoza, for a large international company.
What you'll do
Organize and supervise civil works, coordinating teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality, deadlines, and planned costs.
- Organize and manage the team of operators under your charge.
- Control supplier supplies and the services of subcontracted companies.
- Supervise the works and direct the execution of the assigned work items.
- Ensure compliance with safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental measures.
