Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
At least 6 months of professional experience in the Operating Room.
Experience in the preparation and conditioning of the operating room, coordination with the surgical team, and comprehensive patient care during the different stages of the perioperative process.
Knowledge and experience in scrub nurse and/or circulating nurse tasks.
Proficiency in the preparation and handling of surgical instruments, maintenance of sterility conditions, and application of safety and quality protocols.
We are looking for professionals with patient orientation, adaptability, organizational skills, technical precision, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence in care.

Nice to have

We will especially value experience in Resuscitation, ICU, or other units related to the surgical environment.

The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we work alongside one of the most prominent private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which wishes to hire nurses for the Operating Room service in order to strengthen its healthcare team in Mallorca.

How you'll work
