The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the leading private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nurses for the Emergency Department to expand its healthcare team in Mallorca.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Previous experience of at least 6 months in Emergency Departments, Critical Care, ICU, or other high-complexity care areas will be valued.
Experience in initial patient assessment, triage, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care for patients with acute conditions and emergency situations.
Knowledge of basic and advanced life support, critical patient care, monitoring equipment management, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Specific training in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, as well as experience in Resuscitation or Intensive Care, will be valued.
We are looking for professionals with a strong calling for patient care, the ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills, organization, responsibility, and a patient-centered approach.
