The role

At Marlex Human Capital we are looking for nursing professionals to join the Emergency Department of a prestigious private clinic located in Ibiza.

What you'll do

Comprehensive patient assessment in the emergency department, ensuring continuous, high-quality care.
Safe administration of treatments and medication in accordance with medical prescriptions.
Monitoring, recording, and follow-up of vital signs and the patient's clinical progress.
Coordination and teamwork with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
Providing care, information, and support to both patients and their families.
Strict application of care protocols and clinical safety standards within the center.

How you'll work

Shift work (12-hour shifts, days and/or nights) with stable scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing accredited in Spain.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in emergency departments.
Communication skills, empathy, patient-oriented approach, and ability to work in a team.
