You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. A specialized Master's degree is valued.

The role

What you'll do

You will join the Finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager, combining financial reporting with real business analysis, and you will be the manager's trusted financial partner:

Financial Control and Reporting: Guarantee the reliability and rigor of accounting and financial information, coordinating monthly and annual closings in the system (Navision).
Accounting Supervision and Support: Validate the tasks of the accounting team (suppliers, customers, treasury, and taxes) to ensure accurate and timely closings.
Consolidation and Group tools: Coordinate the upload, reconciliation, and validation of data in consolidation tools, guaranteeing the submission of information to the group.
Business Analysis: Monthly analyze profitability, margins, operating expenses, cash flow, and key KPIs to transform data into strategic ideas and recommendations for the business.
Planning and Budgeting: Lead the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term plans together with the area managers.
Audit and Transformation: Provide support in internal/external audits, tax compliance, and actively participate in the continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization of financial processes.
