Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis at Freshly, acting as a key partner for the business and the CFO in strategic decision-making.

• Lead the annual budgeting process (BP) and quarterly forecasting, coordinating with business areas (E-commerce, B2B/Key Accounts, Retail, Marketplaces) and markets (Iberia, Italy)

• Design and maintain management financial reporting: P&L by channel, market, category, and key client, margin analysis (CM1/CM2/CM3), and operational KPIs

• Prepare and present monthly reporting to the Management Committee, stakeholders, and external parties (banks, auditors, investors)

• Act as a business partner for business areas, providing analytical support in pricing, channel, portfolio, marketing investment, and geographic expansion decisions

• Drive the automation of the analytical model and the implementation of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar)

• Identify levers to improve EBITDA and margins, with validated impact on results

• Support the CFO in strategic operations (refinancing, equity processes, M&A, due diligence)

• Coordinate with Finance & Tax Accountant and Treasury Analyst to ensure a single source of truth for financial data

• Previous experience in consumer environments (cosmetics, beauty, retail, or similar)

• Experience in companies with financial investors or backed by private equity funds (banks, auditors, equity processes)

· Permanent contract, full-time.

• Demonstrable experience in budgeting (BP), rolling forecasting, and multi-year financial planning in multi-channel, multi-market business models

• Experience designing and using management reporting: P&L by analytical dimensions, margin analysis (CM1/CM2/CM3), and unit economics

• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools

• Knowledge of management accounting and analytical costing under the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), with the ability to reconcile financial accounting with analytical reporting

• Experience reporting to external stakeholders (banks, auditors, investors) and knowledge of financial covenants, credit ratios, and bank debt structures

Buscamos un/a Financial Controller que lidere la presupuestación, el reporting financiero y el análisis de rentabilidad de Freshly, siendo un partner clave para el negocio y para el CFO en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

• Liderar el proceso de presupuestación anual (BP) y de forecast trimestral, coordinando con las áreas de negocio (E-commerce, B2B/Key Accounts, Retail, Marketplaces) y los mercados (Iberia, Italia)

• Diseñar y mantener el reporting financiero de gestión: P&L por canal, mercado, categoría y cliente clave, análisis de márgenes CM1/CM2/CM3 y KPIs operativos y financieros

• Elaborar y presentar el reporting mensual al Comité de Dirección, al equipo y a stakeholders externos (banca, auditores, inversores)

• Actuar como business partner de las áreas de negocio, dando soporte analítico en decisiones de pricing, canal, portfolio, inversión en marketing y expansión geográfica

• Impulsar la automatización del modelo analítico y la implantación de herramientas de BI (Power BI, Looker o similar)

• Identificar palancas de mejora del EBITDA y de los márgenes, con impacto validado en el resultado

• Dar soporte al CFO en operaciones estratégicas (refinanciación, procesos de equity, M&A, due diligences)

• Coordinar con Finance & Tax Accountant y Treasury Analyst para garantizar una única fuente de verdad del dato financiero

• Experiencia previa en entornos de consumo (cosmética, beauty, retail o similar)

• Experiencia en compañías con inversores financieros o participadas por fondos (banca, auditores, procesos de equity)

· Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
