We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis at Freshly, acting as a key partner for the business and the CFO in strategic decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Lead the annual budgeting process (BP) and quarterly forecasting, coordinating with business areas (E-commerce, B2B/Key Accounts, Retail, Marketplaces) and markets (Iberia, Italy)

  • Design and maintain management financial reporting: P&L by channel, market, category, and key client, margin analysis (CM1/CM2/CM3), and operational KPIs

  • Prepare and present monthly reporting to the Management Committee, stakeholders, and external parties (banks, auditors, investors)

  • Act as a business partner for business areas, providing analytical support in pricing, channel, portfolio, marketing investment, and geographic expansion decisions

  • Drive the automation of the analytical model and the implementation of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar)

  • Identify levers to improve EBITDA and margins, with validated impact on results

  • Support the CFO in strategic operations (refinancing, equity processes, M&A, due diligence)

  • Coordinate with Finance & Tax Accountant and Treasury Analyst to ensure a single source of truth for financial data

What will make you stand out?
