What we're looking for

You are the ideal candidate if...

· You have previous experience as a POS Manager or commercial manager in the OFF Trade channel and/or HORECA channel.

· You possess high negotiation skills, you are proactive, and you are goal-oriented.

· You master digital reporting tools and office automation tools.

· You possess a valid B driving license.

· You have availability to follow a route across different points in Catalonia.

· Ideally, you reside in Girona or Barcelona.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a company in the beverage sector looking to hire a point of sale manager with the skills to generate deals at different points of sale in Catalonia, maximize brand visibility, and ensure the presence of the portfolio at points of sale within the large distribution and retail channels.

What you'll do

· You will plan and execute strategic commercial routes to cover the assigned territory.

· You will guarantee 100% presence of the agreed portfolio, avoid stockouts, control rotation (FIFO), and optimize facing in high visual impact positions.

· You will negotiate at the point of sale regarding locations with managers and those in charge.

· You will introduce and develop the brand in franchises, as well as providing support to the OFF Trade Management in key deals.

· You will place promotional material (POS), verify sales prices, and implement the final commercial campaigns.

· You will record daily activity and KPIs, and report on the competition through the internal application.
