Process Engineer

What do we need from you?

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position within the industrial or chemical sector.

• Possess a fluent level of spoken and written English.

• Experience managing production teams.

• Knowledge and/or training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company in the chemical sector in the search for a PROCESS ENGINEER for their center located in the Valles Oriental area.

What will your mission be in the company?

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Execute tests and trials, as well as implement improvements and new technologies in the production processes.

• Participate in the development, configuration, commissioning, and approval of new processes.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality in the implementation of improvements and technical solutions.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, as well as process documentation.

• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety, and applicable regulations.

• You are a proactive person with initiative, methodical, organized, results-oriented, and skilled in customer relations, resourceful, eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a global and cross-functional vision, capable of leading and managing a team, dynamic, flexible, versatile, responsible, and committed to company goals.
