The role
At Paul Marlex we are working with a leading company in the construction sector in Vitoria and surrounding areas, which is looking to hire a Site Manager to direct building construction projects. This is a varied project, not focused solely on residential housing, with a significant presence of unique/landmark construction.
What you'll do
- Comprehensive management and direction of building construction projects (housing, unique buildings, rehabilitation)
- Control of deadlines, costs, and execution quality
- Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors
- Liaison with technical management, owners, and administrations (in public works)
Requirements
- Degree in Technical Architecture (or similar)
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in a construction company, in building construction projects
- Profile with the capacity for immediate integration and performance on-site
- Residency in Vitoria or surrounding areas is positively valued (not exclusive for candidates from elsewhere)
