At ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialized in talent selection, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager to join a major national construction company, with a solid presence, a stable portfolio of projects, and growth prospects in the central region.

The position will initially be based in Guadalajara, near Madrid, within a construction project with long-term potential and stability.

We are looking for a professional with real experience in vertical construction, capable of taking full responsibility for the project and experienced in coordinating teams, subcontractors, production, costs, and planning.

What you'll do

Your mission

As a Construction Site Manager, you will take on full project management, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, quality, and schedule objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include

Planning, organizing, and monitoring daily site operations.
Economic control of the project, costs, production, and certifications.
Management and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
Monitoring planning, performance, and compliance with milestones.
Quality control and proper execution of the different construction units.
Coordination with the Technical Management, the Client, and all other parties involved.
Procurement management, comparative analysis, and contracting of industrial contractors.
Supervision of compliance with occupational risk prevention procedures.
Preparation of follow-up reports and periodic reporting to the Production Management.
Anticipation and resolution of technical and organizational issues during execution.
