• Plan, organize, and coordinate construction work from start to finish.
• Supervise daily execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and applicable regulations.
• Manage and coordinate in-house teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and material resources.
• Monitor the project's financial performance: budget, costs, certifications, production, and variances.
• Coordinate communication with the client, the design team, and internal departments.
• Promote the proper application of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify technical, financial, or scheduling issues and propose solutions to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Ensure the proper technical, financial, and documentary closure of the project.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

• Technical training in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction execution as a Site Manager or Senior Production Manager

• Planificar, organizar y coordinar los trabajos de obra desde el inicio hasta su cierre.
• Supervisar la ejecución diaria, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y normativa aplicable.
• Gestionar y coordinar equipos propios, subcontratas, proveedores y recursos materiales.
• Realizar el seguimiento económico de la obra: presupuesto, costes, certificaciones, producción y desviaciones.
• Coordinar la interlocución con propiedad, Dirección Facultativa, cliente y departamentos internos.
• Impulsar la correcta aplicación de los estándares de prevención, calidad y medioambiente.
• Detectar incidencias técnicas, económicas o de planificación, proponiendo soluciones que garanticen el buen desarrollo del proyecto.
• Asegurar el cierre técnico, económico y documental de la obra.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación técnica en Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería de Edificación
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ejecución de obras de edificación como Jefe/a de Obra o Jefe/a de Producción Senior
