• Manage and supervise globally several building construction works simultaneously.
• Direct, coordinate, and provide support to the Site Managers responsible for each project.
• Monitor the progress of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and production objectives.
• Supervise the economic evolution of the projects: budgets, costs, certifications, results, and deviations.
• Analyze economic and planning deviations, establishing the corresponding corrective measures together with the teams.
• Participate in the initial planning of the projects and in the definition of execution strategies.
• Supervise the contracting, coordination, and monitoring of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a direct relationship with the client, technical management, architects, engineering firms, and other intervening agents.
• Participate in site progress meetings and in the resolution of technical, economic, and contractual incidents.
• Supervise compliance with internal procedures for quality, occupational risk prevention, and environment.
• Analyze the risks and needs of each project, anticipating possible problems.
• Coordinate with the Estimating, Purchasing, Administration, and Production departments.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of the objectives of the site teams.
• Detect personnel needs and collaborate in the selection and development of teams.
• Prepare progress reports and report periodically to the Construction/Operations Management.

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum experience in the construction sector, mainly in building construction.
• Consolidated experience as a Senior Site Manager, Group Leader, or similar position.
• Experience managing several building construction works simultaneously.
• Experience in the management and coordination of teams of Site Managers.
• Solid knowledge of economic control, budgets, costs, and certifications.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and different site agents.
• Ability to interpret contracts, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of project planning and management tools.
• Availability to travel between the different works within their area of responsibility
