• Professional experience of at least 2 years in project management.

• Previous experience in direct relationship with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in team coordination and project monitoring.

• Knowledge in planning, risk management, cost monitoring, and report preparation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Excel, Planner, Project, or similar tools.

• Knowledge or experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the field of technology and innovation, with more than 30 years of experience, in the search for an Innovation Project Manager to join their Innovation area.

The selected person will participate in projects related to social robotics, artificial intelligence, advanced telecare, person monitoring, and assistive technologies.

• Manage technological innovation projects from start to finish, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

• Plan projects, defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and necessary resources.

• Perform economic and operational monitoring of projects, identifying possible deviations and proposing corrective measures.

• Act as the main interlocutor with clients, users, and different stakeholders during the various phases of the project.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of technical professionals, robotics specialists, development teams, support, and professionals from the social and healthcare fields.

• Guarantee the correct implementation of solutions and perform subsequent monitoring to ensure their quality and adoption.

• Collect feedback from clients and users, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Management teams in project definition, scope modifications, and budget adjustment.

• Hybrid modality, combining in-person work and 1 day of teleworking per week.
