The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company located in Terrassa, which needs to hire a Sales Controller to reinforce the organization's commercial and financial area. This is a strategic position with a key role in the analysis, monitoring, and optimization of commercial activity, providing valuable information for decision-making and the achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

Analyze and monitor the main commercial indicators (sales, margins, profitability, and deviations).
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for the Commercial and Financial Management.
Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the sales budget.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through the analysis of data and commercial results.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the reliability and monitoring of commercial information.
Design and propose improvements in processes, tools, and control indicators.
Perform profitability analysis by customer, product, channel, and market.
Provide support in the definition of commercial strategies based on data and business analysis.
Guarantee the quality, consistency, and updating of information in the management systems.
Participate in the preparation of sales forecasts and action plans oriented towards improving results.
