• Consolidated experience in general accounting and closings.
• Experience in the Horeca sector or consultancy with a client portfolio in the Horeca sector.
• Experience in billing, customers, suppliers, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of taxation and quarterly tax obligations.
• Experience in cash control and reconciliation, especially in companies with multiple centers or points of sale.
• Experience with Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

• What will you do? We are looking for a professional who understands the business through its numbers, has judgment and autonomy, and is capable of managing and supervising the accounting process from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will be: Integral management of general accounting.
• Recording, reviewing, and controlling customer and supplier invoices.
• Management and monitoring of the billing process.
• Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Performing bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Review and analysis of accounts, balances, and outstanding items.
• Management of accruals, provisions, amortizations, and reclassifications.
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Preparation and review of information for financial reporting.
• Support in the preparation and management of quarterly and annual taxes and fiscal obligations.
• Reporting to management.
• Preparation of documentation and information for audits and external advisory.
