The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) for one of our client companies located in Paterna. The mission of the position is to ensure correct customer service in order to achieve their full satisfaction with the service offered, managing their orders and ensuring a quality resolution to any complaint or incident that may arise.

What you'll do
