What you'll do

You will be responsible for providing all types of assistance and information to customers and users (both internal and external) through a quality service in their attention and reception.

Among your main functions will be:

  • Telephone switchboard operation.
  • Reception of external visitors.

  • Handling of mail and messaging.
  • Management of the company vehicle fleet, coordinating with the travel agency.
  • Booking and organization of meeting rooms.
  • Placing orders and managing office supply stock.

  • Support for training sessions and events.

How you'll work

- Full-time with weekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with the following schedule:

Mornings: Monday to Thursday from 07:45 to 16:45, Friday from 07:45 to 16:00.
