What will your mission be in the company?
· Execute the analytical plans defined by the Technical Management.
· Perform laboratory analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products.
· Participate in cross-calibration circuits and perform specific tests requested by Technical Management.
· Validate finished products and ingredients for release.
· Record analytical results in the computer system (XAPTA), guaranteeing traceability and reliability.
· Prepare and manage the technical documentation required by customers.
· Communicate incidents detected during testing to the Technical Management manager.
· Keep the sample library up to date.
· Comply with established procedures regarding quality and food safety (HACCP).
· Collaborate with the quality and food safety team and with other laboratory analysts.
