At Marlex, we collaborate with a major company looking to hire an Administrative Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service professional to join their team.

This is a multi-skilled position with continuity, ideal for an organized, dynamic person with a customer orientation who wishes to develop a stable project in a dynamic work environment.

What you'll do

📞 Service and management

Service and reception of drivers at the facilities.
Telephone service to customers, resolving doubts and incidents in an agile and professional manner.

💻 IT and operational management

Comprehensive IT management of logistical processes: goods entry, order preparation, handling, etc.
Entry, review, and updating of data and information in the company's internal systems.
Control, organization, and filing of generated administrative and logistical documentation.

Hiring process

The selection process will consist of the following phases:

First interview with Marlex: We will get to know your experience, profile, competencies, and motivations.
Second interview with Marlex: We will delve deeper into your organizational capacity, IT management, and customer service.
Interview with the company: You will have the opportunity to see the facilities, the project, and the team.
