What do we need from you?

· Previous experience in managing and coordinating teams within warehouse, logistics, or production environments.

· Experience in stock management, inventories, receiving, and dispatching goods.

· Ability to organize shifts and coordinate work teams.

· Focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

· Analytical skills to track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Organized, resourceful person with leadership skills.

· Previous experience with fresh product or in environments where traceability and regulatory compliance are especially relevant is a plus.

· Supervise and coordinate the warehouse work team, planning schedules and ensuring proper coverage across different shifts.

· Verify and control product reception, ensuring it matches supplier delivery notes and organizing its correct placement.

· Coordinate internal warehouse operations: receiving, sorting, product dispatch, and transfers between warehouses or sites, ensuring an efficient flow of materials.

· Supervise sorting and order or shipment preparation, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.

· Conduct and supervise periodic inventories, ensuring stock accuracy and proper management.

· Manage product dispatch documentation, such as delivery notes, ensuring proper traceability and compliance with established requirements.

· Supervise, jointly with the Quality Department, shipped product, ensuring its quality and regulatory compliance, especially for fresh product.

· Monitor and analyze key warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.

· Ensure safety, order, and efficiency in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and storage processes.

· Take responsibility for the selection, onboarding, integration, training, development, and follow-up of team members, fostering their commitment and growth within the company.
