The role

Guarantee an excellent experience for attendees of the events held at IE Tower, providing operational support, customer service, and logistical support before, during, and after each event, representing the image and values of HeadSpring and the client.

What you'll do

Welcome attendees, speakers, and guests.
Manage registration, accreditation, and access control.
Provide information regarding the event, room locations, and available services.
Resolve basic attendee inquiries with kindness and professionalism.
Supervise the correct development of the scheduled activities.
Coordinate attendee flows in auditoriums, rooms, and common areas.
Support the organization and preparation of spaces before and after each event.
Collaborate with suppliers, technical teams, and internal staff when necessary.
Maintain a professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
Ensure compliance with protocol standards and corporate image.
Convey a positive experience consistent with the brand.
Detect and communicate operational incidents to the event manager.
Act quickly and efficiently in the face of unforeseen situations.
Apply established procedures regarding security and evacuation.
