About the role
We are selecting staff for the prestigious international congress ESMO Madrid 2026, which will be held at IFEMA from October 23 to 27. We are looking for dynamic profiles with excellent image and the ability to work at high-level events.
We are looking for image staff to represent the excellence of the ESMO congress. This role is the face of the event, combining a flawless appearance with the ability to carry out key logistical tasks. Unlike a conventional hostess position, this role requires dynamism to manage materials and ensure the aesthetics of the rooms and booths are perfectly maintained, which includes active restocking tasks.
What you'll do
- Protocol and Welcome: Receiving authorities, international speakers, and delegates in VIP areas or at registration counters.
- Management of Spaces and Materials: Constant supervision of the aesthetics of the rooms. This includes the transport and unpacking of boxes containing promotional materials, programs, and gifts for immediate distribution.
- Room Logistics: Physical preparation of the venues, ensuring water, stationery, and speaker kits are correctly placed (requires moving and carrying materials on a recurring basis).
- Delegate Assistance: Answering questions in the exhibition area and guiding groups in a high-density environment.

- Languages: High to very high level of English (depending on the position). Other languages will be valued.
- Experience: Previous experience at congresses at IFEMA or international events is highly valued.
