What we're looking for

Previous experience in commercial back office, commercial administration, customer service or similar roles.
Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
We are especially looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to work, initiative and problem-solving skills.
Customer orientation and good communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience in companies within the industrial or metal sector is a plus.
Experience with the SAP program will be valued

The role

At Marlex Human Capital, we are selecting a Sales Back Office professional to join a consolidated company in the metal sector, located in Polígono La Cartuja (Zaragoza).

We are looking for someone with customer orientation, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills, who wants to join a stable project and become part of a consolidated team.

What you'll do

Customer service and management
Technical and commercial advisory.
Preparation and follow-up of offers and quotes.
Management of orders, delivery notes, and commercial documentation.
Coordination and support with the external sales team.
Support in administrative tasks and project follow-up.
Up-to-date maintenance of the customer and product database.
