Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Accounting, or a similar qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in client management and performing accounting administrative tasks.
Tools: Proficiency in accounting management software (A3, Sage, or others) and mastery of the Office suite.
Competencies: Customer orientation, a liking for direct service, and the ability to resolve problems and incidents with clients.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: Initial temporary contract with real prospects of permanent employment within the company itself if you are a good fit for the position.
Schedule: Intensive working day from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 h; Wednesdays from 8:00 to 15:00 h and from 16:00 to 19:00 h.
Salary: According to collective agreement (€19,032.18 gross/year).

The role

We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our team in the Alicante area, integrating into a dynamic team with possibilities for continuous development.

What you'll do

Management, recording, and control of issued and received invoices.
Support in the accounting of operations (basic accounting knowledge).
Monitoring of collections, payments, and management of potential incidents.
Administrative control and monitoring of the company's accounting documentation.
Preparation, review, and filing of taxes, ensuring strict compliance with legal deadlines and the accuracy of information.
